Report on counselling session by CRPF, CWA

“In today’s world, it’s not just what you know, but what you can do with what you know that defines your success.”

The CRPF Family Welfare Association (CWA), under the visionary leadership of Dr. Anamika Singh, president CWA along with CRPF Management, organized a power-packed career counseling session for students of Classes X and XII of CRPF schools on 25th June 2025 at Shaurya Bhavan, Vasant Kunj.

The event was graced by Honourable Shri G.P. Singh, IPS, DG CRPF, who inspired the students by sharing his personal journey, encouraging them to stay focused and never let academic failures define their potential.

The keynote speaker, Dr. (Prof.) S.P. Singh, Director General and Vice Chancellor of Kaushalya – The Skill University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, delivered a compelling address on the significance of skill-based learning in the modern world. He emphasized that while degrees are important, it is the ability to apply knowledge practically that truly sets one apart in today’s dynamic job market.

Using the powerful metaphor of “sweat”, Dr. Singh reminded students that real success is born from effort, discipline, and perseverance. He reinforced that there are no shortcuts, every achievement is carved through consistent hard work and the willingness to learn from failure.

Dr. Singh also highlighted how institutions like Kaushalya University are aligning education with industry needs, making learning more affordable, accessible, and hands-on. The session ended with an engaging Q&A, where students received clear and motivating responses to their career-related queries.

A heartfelt vote of thanks was delivered by Keshav Kant, Class XII Humanities student from CRPF Public School, Rohini, who expressed deep gratitude to CWA and CRPF organization for this valuable and eye-opening opportunity.

The session proved to be a transformative experience, equipping students with not just information, but also the inspiration to move forward with purpose, confidence, and the courage to sweat for their dreams.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our Principal Ma’am for providing such meaningful opportunities for growth.
