INCLUSIVE EDUCATION CLUB ACTIVITIES

Inclusive Education club has been constituted in the school as per DOE guidelines to ensure equal opportunity to all students in all educational and social activities and to help in minimizing societal and attitudinal barriers faced by Divyang students.

The following activities were conducted in the month of January on the theme: 'Swavlamban'--

1) Pre vocational and vocational activities (envelope making, making of wall hanging, pen stand making)

CWSN students along with their buddies participated in these activities with great enthusiasm which provided them with hands on experience and helped in building upon their strengths.

2) Awareness on Leprosy through educational videos: Awareness was created among students about leprosy-----need for early diagnosis, proper treatment and spreading further awareness among families and friends for eliminating stigma associated with it.

Sense of supportive   collaboration and togetherness was promoted which led to enhancement of inclusive culture in the school.
