National Sports Day Celebration

Today, our school celebrated National Sports Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. To mark this special occasion, Class 6th students participated in inter-house sports events conducted during the school hours.

The events were organized to encourage the spirit of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among the students. All participants took part with full energy and enthusiasm, making the competitions lively and exciting. The atmosphere was filled with cheer and motivation as students represented their houses with pride.

The celebration not only honored the legacy of Major Dhyan Chand, whose birth anniversary is observed as National Sports Day, but also inspired the students to adopt sports as an integral part of their dailyLives

Overall, the day was a memorable one, successfully spreading the message of fitness unity and importance of sports

Investiture Ceremony

(Pre - Primary and Primary Department)

 Leaders are not born, they are made by their hard work, determination, and responsibility.

 Pre-primary and Primary department hosted Investiture ceremony with great dignity and enthusiasm on 25th August. Junior Head boy, Gursaanj Singh, Junior Head Girl, Avika Sharma and the prefects were conferred with badges by Principal ma'am. They took the oath of office, promising to uphold the values of discipline, integrity and service to the school.

In her address, Principal ma'am congratulated the newly appointed leaders and encouraged them to lead by example. She emphasized that leadership is not about authority but about responsibility, teamwork and setting the right example for others.

The event instilled in the students a sense of pride, responsibility and commitment towards the school.






Report: Unveiling the Chemistry in Food Competition

On August 25, 2025, Class 11 students participated in an exciting group activity, "Unveiling the Chemistry in Food," where they showcased their culinary skills and knowledge of scientific principles in food preparation.

Event Highlights 

- Students formed groups of four and prepared innovative dishes, including dal pakwan, choco bliss, imli jaggery beverage, idli, sambar, rasmalai, paneer tikka, nariyal laddoo, and cheesecake.

- Each group explained the scientific principles behind their recipes, demonstrating understanding of concepts like denaturation of protein, sugar caramelization, gelatinization, Maillard reaction, baking, and more.

Judging Criteria 

The dishes were evaluated based on:

- Selection of Ingredients: Creativity and relevance of ingredients used

- Explanation of Scientific Principles: Depth of understanding and clarity in explaining food chemistry concepts

- Taste: Flavor profile and palatability of the dishes

- Aesthetic Appeal/Plating: Presentation and visual appeal of the dishes

- Use of Colors: Effective use of colors to enhance the visual appeal

Outcome 

The competition was a huge success, with students showcasing their hidden talents and creativity skills. The event was well-organized.

-Students gained hands-on experience with various food chemistry concepts, such as:

    - Denaturation of Protein: Understanding how heat, acidity, or other factors alter protein structures

    - Sugar Caramelization: Observing the chemical changes that occur when sugar is heated

    - Maillard Reaction: Recognizing the complex flavor compounds formed through amino acid and reducing sugar interactions

    - Gelatinization: Understanding the process of starch gelatinization in cooking

 Judges were fascinated to see the creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking among students

On 25 August 2025, CRPF Public School, Rohini, hosted its Investiture Ceremony, a solemn and momentous occasion that celebrated the formal induction of the newly elected student council and prefectorial board. Organized by Shakti House, the event stood as a testimony to the school’s unwavering commitment to nurturing future leaders who embody discipline, responsibility, and the ethos of the institution.

The ceremony commenced with the ceremonial pinning of badges. The newly elected Head Boy, Saswat Singh (XII E), and Head Girl, Sargam Singh (XII E) were honoured by Principal Ma’am, Mrs. Nidhi Chaudhary. This was followed by the felicitation of the Deputy Head Boy, Ashutosh Mishra (XII D), and Deputy Head Girl, Yashika Yadav (XII F). The proud moment continued as the House Captains, Vice-Captains of the four houses—Shradha, Shrum, Shaurya, and Shakti—along with other members of the prefectorial board were adorned with their badges by their respective House Masters, who lauded their capabilities and entrusted them with the mantle of leadership.

With heads held high and spirits firm, the student leaders took the oath of office, administered by Principal Ma’am, pledging to uphold the values of the school, lead with integrity, and perform their duties with dedication. A thought-provoking and creative video on leadership was also showcased, highlighting the importance of taking initiative and inspiring others to follow with responsibility and determination.

In her address, Principal Ma’am emphasized the true essence of leadership—reminding the newly appointed leaders that authority alone does not define a leader, but rather the ability to inspire, guide, and carry the team along with humility and empathy. She encouraged them to serve as role models, to lead by example, and to always prioritize collective welfare over individual gain.

The ceremony concluded with a wave of pride, motivation, and optimism, leaving everyone present inspired to witness a future steered by these young, dynamic leaders.











Our students Umang Sharma (8C) and Chirag Gupta (8B) won the First Prize in the Maths Quiz Competition held at Jagannath International School.



A vibrant Inter House Model Making Competition was held today, inspired by the theme Science for Future Sustainability. Students from all houses presented innovative, eco-friendly models, demonstrating creativity, teamwork, and practical understanding of sustainable science. The event encouraged everyone to think about smart solutions for a greener planet.

A heartfelt thank you to our esteemed judges whose insights made the event truly special. Special gratitude to our HOD for arranging such a distinguished panel of judges and for her unwavering support in making this event a grand success.

Brief Report on Old Age Home Visit by Class 10 Students of CRPF Public School, Rohini

On 22.8.25, Class 10 students of CRPF Public School, Rohini, visited Kamla Bakshi Elders Home, sector 17, Rohini, as part of a school-organized social service initiative. The visit aimed to bring joy and companionship to the elderly residents while fostering empathy among the students.

The students presented a vibrant program, including a skit titled Purana Daur aur Nya Daur, which contrasted traditional and modern lifestyles, earning applause for its meaningful message. They also sang classic Hindi songs, prompting the elders to join in with enthusiasm, sharing nostalgic memories. A lively song guessing game sparked laughter and participation, followed by a dance session where students and residents danced together to upbeat music, creating a joyful atmosphere.

The elders were deeply touched, blessing the students for their thoughtfulness and energy. The visit was a heartwarming success, leaving the residents smiling and the students inspired by the experience, with a deeper appreciation for intergenerational bonding.

The students' selfless act of donating medicines, grains, and other essential items to the old age home not only brought joy to the residents but also instilled a sense of humanity and compassion in the young donors. Such initiatives help students develop empathy and understand the value of giving back to the community. It's heartwarming to see the positive impact of their kindness!




We are delighted to share that Abeer Choudhary of Class VIII D has secured First Position in the English Declamation Competition (Junior Boys Category) at the Zonal Level. He has qualified for the District Level Competition.



CRPF Public School Rohini was honored with a Certificate of Appreciation from NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission for our enthusiastic participation in Mega Tinkering Day on 12th August 2025. 

This event celebrated our students’ creativity, spirit of tinkering, and scientific curiosity, reflecting our commitment to fostering innovation and hands-on learning in our school community.



The students of Class 9 had an enriching experience watching the theatrical performance on the French Revolution at the Kamani Auditorium on 21st August 2025. The play brought history to life with powerful acting, dramatic scenes, and realistic costumes that vividly portrayed the struggles of the common people, the rise of revolutionary ideas, and the fall of monarchy. Watching the performance helped them understand the events more clearly than from textbooks, as they could feel the emotions, hardships, and courage of the people of that time. It was both educational and inspiring, leaving the students with a deeper sense of appreciation for the French Revolution. I whole heartedly thank Principal ma'am for providing us an opportunity to witness such an enthralling performance of the French Revolution like never before.








The brilliant minds Ashutosh Mishra of Class XII D and Harsh Mangalam of Class XID have made CRPF Public School, Rohini proud by placing in top 20 in The Mathematics Talent Hunt conducted by Hindu College. They were recognised as Bal Ganit Shiromani for their outstanding performance. We celebrate their mathematical prowess!

CRPF Public School extends heartfelt congratulations to Sapriio of Class 9D, a hostel student, on having his poem published in the Newspaper in Education (NIE) on August 18, 2025. We are immensely proud of his achievement and wish him continued success in his creative pursuits.

This shlok reflects Krishna's divine nature and mission. With his philosophical ideals, Pre-primary and Primary students celebrated Janmashtami. They revered the occasion with enthusiasm, learning about Lord Krishna's values. To commemorate the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna, the school organised special assemblies on 14 August 2025. The celebration was filled with devotion, enthusiasm, and vibrant cultural performances.

The 79th anniversary of India’s Independence 🇮🇳 was celebrated with patriotic pride and grandeur at CRPF Public School, Rohini, through a series of events that beautifully reflected the nation’s spirit of unity and sacrifice.

The festivities commenced on 12th August 2025 with the Pre-primary and Primary Departments presenting a colourful and heart-stirring assembly. The programme opened with a soulful patriotic song by the choir students, followed by an inspiring talk on the essence of independence. Young learners brought history alive through character portrayals of freedom fighters, while Class 1 students’ spirited poem recital stirred national pride. A vibrant cultural dance showcased India’s diversity. Principal Ma’am’s motivating address urged students to give up bad habits, limit mobile use, and contribute to environmental cleanliness.

Adding to the patriotic fervour, Shrum House conducted a special assembly on 13th August, merging the spirit of Independence Day with the devotional joy of Janmashtami. The event featured a melodious choir song, a powerful speech, graceful dances, and a thought-provoking skit, celebrating both the nation’s freedom and the birth of Lord Krishna.

The celebrations reached their zenith on 15th August, when the school hostellers took centre stage to anchor and present a power-packed Independence Day programme. It began with an introduction to the day’s significance, followed by the flag hoisting by our respected Principal Ma’am, Mrs. Nidhi Chaudhary, as the National Anthem resonated in unison. The morning was enriched with a patriotic song by the choir, a stirring Saga of Freedom, inspiring poem recitations, and a symbolic cycling rally carrying the Tiranga, spreading the message of unity and pride.

Across all days, the school campus reverberated with the colours of the tricolour, the echoes of patriotic songs, and the commitment to uphold the values of freedom. The celebrations not only honoured the sacrifices of the past but also inspired every student to pledge towards a brighter, stronger, and more inclusive India.

These celebrations were a solemn and heartfelt tribute to the true heroes of our nation—the brave soldiers who have selflessly sacrificed to secure our freedom. We express our deepest gratitude to the guardians of our nation, whose unwavering courage is the foundation of the independent and vibrant India we live in today.
