1st -15th April 2025 KG CLASS ADAPTATION PERIOD

Kindergarten is where the adventure of learning begins—with love, patience, and play.

The Adaptation period is a warm and welcoming start to a child's school life. This specially planned phase gently eases children into the school environment while fostering curiosity, confidence and comfort. Through play based and joyful activities, we nurture the holistic development of every child - emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually. Under the guidance of our respected Principal ma'am, plethora of activities were planned keeping in mind the desired learning outcomes.

Circle Time and Story Telling activities like 'Buddy Bonanza', and 'greetings' helped build social skills, language skills and sense of responsibility.

Free play and Exploration like Stem building, Hunt for Red etc. allowed children to explore and foster creativity and thinking skills. Colouring, Clay modelling, printing and pasting activities etc. helped support finger control, eye -hand co-ordination and develop fine motor skills and concentration. Penguin Walk, pattern walk, hopscotch, fun at swings, jumping, aerobics cross the Tunnel, exercises helped to develop gross motor skills and muscular strength. Performing arts activities like music, song, Ramp Walk as well as public speaking activities taken on regular basis helped children to express themselves and build confidence. To develop sensory skills, few activities were organised like -smell and taste, play dough, hand movements on textures and patterns, sensory bins helped to develop curiosity and calmness. Movie time also created moments of relaxation, shared joy and visual learning

The adaptation period of kindergarten class has been a joyful and essential phase, helping our little learners transition smoothly into their new environment.

We have witnessed incredible progress in just a short span of time!

We look forward to the journey ahead and are committed to ensuring a loving and enriching learning experience for every child.
