Intra Class Model and Poster Making Competition- CLASS VI
“History and culture are not just stories of the past, they
are the foundations upon which innovation is built.”
To encourage the students to showcase their knowledge and
creativity through posters and models and explore Indian history, culture, and
innovative traditions through research, creativity, and collaboration, an
Intra-Class Model and Poster Making Competition was organised for Class VI on
October 25, 2024 in the Basement Hall-1. Different teams from Class VI
enthusiastically participated, presenting topics that highlighted significant
monuments, historical figures, and ancient concepts. The themes included by the students in their
model making were:

The Great Bath of Mohenjodaro

Script of Ashokan Pillar/Harappan Civilization
·
Sanchi Stupa
·
City Planning of the Indus Valley Civilization
·
Portraits of Buddha, Mahavir, and the Priest
King
·
Coinage of different dynasties
·
Ramayana, Mahabharata, Vedas
·
Ayurveda Medicinal System
·
Yoga
·
Vedic Mathematics Concepts
This competition allowed students to explore their
creativity while integrating knowledge from scholastic subjects. They worked
collaboratively, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and an in-depth
understanding of India’s rich heritage.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our honorable
judges, Mr. Suraj Pal and Mrs. Anita Uboveja for their valuable time and
feedback. The event would not have been successful without the constant support
of our respected Principal Ma’am Mrs. Nidhi Chaudhary, who provided this
platform for students to express their talents.
