*Character Portrayal Competition  ( Class 1 )

 Topic :- Life on Land ( SDG 15)*

Character Portrayal competition was conducted on 14.10.24  for Class-l .Children foster their imagination and were dressed up as various living creatures such as animal, bird, insect,  farmer and   labourer.  Each participant  step into the shoes of their chosen character and spoke about how global warming, modern lifestyle choices, and climate change have impacted their lives and habitats.

Through creative costumes and heartfelt  dialogues participants portrayed the struggles faced by these creatures due to environmental changes.  Each participant delivered a powerful message on the urgent need to protect the environment and preserve life on land.

This competition encouraged empathy, creativity, and environmental responsibility among children ,as young minds took a stand for an urgent call to combat  climate change and  to preserve biodiversity.

Ayra Shad and Parikshit Dabas added a dazzle  to the show by their immaculate compering. The judges (Dr.Simin Akhter m/o  Zidane Haider of class KG sunflowers) and (Ms.Aradhana Goel m/o Anayra Goel of class KG daffodils) were spellbound by the performances of the participants and  appreciated the efforts of their parents and teachers for putting up a wonderful show .Ms Hema Batra Pre -Primary Incharge  admired the hard work of participants and raised their morale.It was a great learning experience for all the students.
