On April 12th, 2024, the school resonated with the vibrant spirit of Baisakhi as students from all wings came together to celebrate this joyous occasion. Keeping true to the school's tradition of embracing diverse festivals, each wing organized special assemblies and activities to mark the significance of Baisakhi.

In the Pre-Primary Department, Class 2 orchestrated a delightful assembly, where our tiny tots adorned traditional Punjabi attire and immersed themselves in the festivities. From soulful songs and captivating poems to informative talks, the students showcased their talents with enthusiasm. Under the guidance of Ms Hema Batra, the in-charge of the Pre-Primary wing, the children learned about the cultural and agricultural importance of Baisakhi. Meanwhile, in Class 1, students engaged in kite-making activities, while our youngest champions in KG celebrated "Yellow Day" with various craft activities, capturing countless fun moments.

Transitioning to the Primary Department, the students of Shrum house led a spirited assembly, shedding light on the significance of Baisakhi and its connection to the agricultural cycle. Mrs. Vandana Sehgal, the department's Incharge, emphasized the role of farmers and agriculture in our nation's prosperity, inspiring students to appreciate and learn from such harvest festivals.

In the Senior Wing, Shakti House orchestrated an assembly that merged the essence of Baisakhi with the commemoration of Ambedkar Jayanti. Through soul-stirring songs, mesmerizing dance, and insightful discussions, students highlighted the cultural and social significance of these festivals. The Principal, Mrs. Nidhi Chaudhary graced the occasion, imparting wisdom and blessings for the students to flourish like vibrant flowers in the fields.

Glimpse of Day 1 of the one week Self Defence Training Programme for our School Girls.

Life is not just about expecting, hoping and wishing, it's about doing, being and becoming.

The students of class 10A presented their Class Assembly on the theme 'Importance of self management skills in a student's life'. 

Learning self management is one of the most important skills children learn at school.  With proper management, they can study well and focus on all aspects of their school life. 

The assembly started with a meaningful thought reiterating the idea followed by a poem titled 'You can... ' which beautifully articulated how self management empowers individuals to navigate life's challenges effectively.  The students discussed and showcased a presentation highlighting practical aspects of self management such as time management, goal setting, organization and personal responsibility. 

It was concluded with a melodious song sung by the students symbolizing resilience and determination - qualities that are cultivated through effective self management. 

Through this assembly, students were encouraged to embrace self management skills as essential tools for achieving academic excellence and personal growth.

A workshop on career options was organized with the objective of assisting parents and students in making informed decisions regarding career choices and stream selection.

BAWANA CAMPUS graced the occasion to award the meritorious students of the Indian Army Quiz Championship and the Vishwaroop Education Olympiad.

 

With the plethora of career options available today, the workshop aimed to simplify the decision-making process by offering expert advice and practical tips.

The workshop commenced with an overview of various career avenues available to students post-schooling. It covered traditional as well as emerging career fields, highlighting the importance of exploring one's interests and aptitudes.

 

Parents were provided with valuable insights into the selection of streams (Science, Commerce, Arts) based on individual strengths and career aspirations. The session emphasized the significance of aligning academic pursuits with future career

 

Throughout the workshop, parents actively engaged in interactive discussions with expert counselors and educators. They had the opportunity to address their concerns and seek personalized guidance regarding their child's academic journey.

 

Eminent guest speaker, Dr. Shunil Tripathi, financial mentor, career coach and founder Lead School Edutri, graced the workshop with his presence. His invaluable expertise and real-world experiences added depth and credibility to the discussions, left parents and students feeling inspired and empowered.

 

The workshop received positive feedback from parents, who expressed their gratitude for the valuable insights gained. Many lauded the school's initiative in organizing such a beneficial event and expressed their desire for more workshops of a similar nature in the future.

 

In conclusion, the Career Options and Stream Selection Workshop proved to be a resounding success, reaffirming our commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals equipped for the challenges of tomorrow. We extend our heartfelt thanks Principal ma'am for lending her invaluable support for organizing such events.

An induction program was conducted for newly admitted students in both the Primary Department and Classes 6 to 9, with the aim of facilitating their smooth transition into our esteemed institution. The objective was to familiarize them with the school's infrastructure, facilities, and academic as well as co-curricular activities.

The event began with an enlightening session where students were introduced to the school's mission, vision, and rules, emphasizing our commitment to academic excellence and holistic development. Faculty members and coordinators warmly welcomed the newcomers, setting the tone for a nurturing environment.

A video tour showcased the school's impressive infrastructure, including lush green grounds, modern science laboratories, and the innovative Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL), leaving the students inspired and awestruck.

Both, the Vice Principal, Mrs. Beena Sri Kumar and the Primary Incharge,Ms. Vandana Sehgal  provided valuable guidance and encouragement, emphasizing the importance of discipline, perseverance, and integrity in achieving their fullest potential.

Overall, the induction program served as a valuable platform for new students to familiarize themselves with the school community, find answers to their queries, and envision themselves as integral members of our educational journey towards excellence.

'NO BAG DAY' IN PRE PRIMARY CLASSES

Various activities were organized on 5 April,2024, Friday to promote the right attitude through interactive and child-centred teaching techniques and create a joyful learning atmosphere.

Students made puppets and spoke few lines on their creation in English. Word building in Hindi by the students helped in raising up their vocabulary bar. Bridging activities using manipulatives in Maths was overjoyed by the students.

The day started with hip hop dancing, followed by activities like My Noun Train in English and At the Beach activity in Hindi. Place value and Grouping in Tens activity in Maths was enjoyed by all the students.

The day was very invigorating for students and they enthusiastically took part in various activities that were carried out.

No Bag Day in Primary Department

Date -- April 6, 2024.

Saturday was the No Bag Day for students of the Primary Department. Throughout the day, students were engaged in a series of hands-on learning activities focused on different subjects. In addition to the academic activities, students also got an opportunity to participate in sports, art, and music activities. It was a great way for them to bond with their classmates and develop new skills. The day was a perfect blend of fun and learning and everyone left school with a smile on their face.

“The Start of Something New, Brings the Hope of Something Great'

CRPF Public School, Rohini organised Orientation Programme for Kindergarteners and their Parents of the coming batch of 2024-25 on 23rd March ,2024. The theme of the programme OUBAITORI-CELEBRATING UNIQUENESS reflected the commitment of our school in recognising that every child is unique & worthy and is to be embraced and celebrated. It  was a day to familiarise and welcome the kindergarteners along with their parents.

The day commenced with a warm welcome of all the Kindergarteners and their parents attending the orientation programme. The lighting of the ceremonial lamp by esteemed Principal Ma’am, Mrs. Nidhi Chaudhary was accompanied by the pious recitals. Principal ma’am addressed the gathering with her words of wisdom and parenting tips which enriched the experience of Parents. She emphasised on inculcating moral values among the children for their holistic growth.

The ambience was filled with fun and laughter as joyful activities were undertaken to strengthen the bond between teachers and students. The Puppet Show themed  'Health and Sound Mind , A Treasure to Find ', based on  SDG no.3 stole the show and  was appreciated and applauded by all. The intricate characters of the show came into life in a dazzling display of creativity, fostering healthy habits in children as it highlighted the key components of a healthy lifestyle to make positive choice and embrace wellness. Through slideshow ,Parents were apprised of developmental  goals in Kindergarten  and glimpses of KG curriculum in alignment with NEP' 2020.

Before visiting the classrooms, a plethora of activities at 'World of wonders- Exploration stations 'were organised for the students. This included-Obstacle course, Junior Jamboree (Jungle Safari and river crossing), Tiny footsteps - Pattern Walk, Feed the Clown and Block Printing.

The Selfie booth captured lifelong beautiful memories and the Collaboration Hub - Your voice, Our Vision was an ice breaker among stakeholders.

Thereafter the Parents and Children explored the kindergarten classrooms, learning centers and designated play areas. The children were elated  to see their  classrooms decorated in vibrant hues.

Teachers provided insights into the daily routines and activities.

On March 27th, 2024, 200 inquisitive students from classes 7 and 8 embarked on a journey of discovery at Amrit Udyan, the prestigious abode of India's President. Amidst the sprawling gardens, nature's symphony unfolded, captivating the senses with its vibrant hues and delicate fragrances.

Enthralled by the meticulously curated flower beds, the students marveled at the kaleidoscope of colors, each petal a brushstroke in nature's masterpiece. The fragrant air whispered tales of the land's rich heritage, a silent ode to India's timeless beauty and resilience.

Beyond the floral spectacle, echoes of history reverberated through the verdant expanse, offering glimpses into the nation's storied past. As the day unfolded, Amrit Udyan became not just a place of beauty but a living testament to the unity of nature and pride in one's heritage.
