Report: Inter-Hostel Quiz Competition

Introduction

On Saturday, 11th July 2026, an Inter-Hostel Quiz Competition was organized at CRPF Public School Hostel under the guidance of Suraj Sir and *Prerna Ma'am The aim of the competition was to enhance students' general knowledge, teamwork, and quick decision-making skills.

Round 1: Written Test

A total of 20 questions were asked in the written round. All hostel students from Class 6 to 12 participated with great enthusiasm. Based on their performance, 8 students were selected for the final oral rounds.

Selected Students:  

- Class 6-8: Anurag, Nikhil, Ansh, Shivansh  

- Class 9-12: Sanchit, Mahadev, Raphael, Abhi  

Round 2: Final Oral Rounds

The 8 selected students were divided into pairs to form teams. Two quiz rounds were conducted between the teams. The questions tested students' knowledge, presence of mind, and coordination.

Results

- Winners - Team B: Sanchit and Anurag  

- 1st Runner Up - Team C: Abhi and Ansh  

- 2nd Runner Up: Mahadev and Shivansh  

The competition was highly informative and created a healthy competitive spirit among the students.

Conclusion

The Quiz Competition was a great success. It provided students a platform to showcase their knowledge and learn from each other. The event concluded with congratulations to all winners and participants, and a vote of thanks to Suraj Sir and Prerna ma'am for organizing and conducting the quiz so efficiently.

"Sharp Minds, Bright Future" - was the key takeaway of the day.
