Class Assembly I A ( Plants- Our green friends)


Class 1A  assembly on the topic  ‘ Plants- Our green friends’ was held on 19.7.2018. Compering  of the   assembly was done by Anushka Das. News was read by Aryan Dahiya and Ansh Sharma. Thought for the day was  presented  by Sanvi Gupta. Priyanka Gupta spoke about the importance of trees in our lives.
 There was hundred percent participation of the class in the skit based on the theme . The children who portrayed as trees and Earth described their own feelings on how they feel when they are cut and are being destroyed in the name of development. 
The skit was  presented in the form of street play. It was followed by  singing of the song ‘Here we go round the mulberry bush’ . 
The assembly culminated  with the spread of a message that there is  an urgent need to conserve trees  for our sustenance ,so let’s plant more trees.














Celebration of ‘Gratitude week’ in Pre Primary

Students of Pre Primary department celebrated  ‘ Gratitude week ‘ from 16.7.2018 to 21.7.2018. Lot of interactive  activities were taken up throughout the week to instill in them  the value of gratitude. Activites  that were taken up  are -making of thankyou cards for people whom they  feel they owe gratitude; story telling  sessions and rhymes; brainstorming  and reflective  sessions ; making of gratitude wall;  making of badges,gratitude chains  and  gratitude leaves  garland. The week culminated with the message that  being  grateful for the things we have,opens the door for happiness.


























Inauguration Ceremony of English Language Lab and Solar Power Plant

The importance of English language cannot be mitigated even if so desired. It is imperative that a learner has a good command over the language to allow him an overall success in life. A good English Language Lab can do wonders for the learners. The learners develop a continuous interest to learn the language as it encourages them to understand it and facilitates the understanding of the concepts of the language.
CRPF Public School inaugurated its English Language Lab  on 12th July 2018. Shri M. S. Bhatia , IPS, IG(adm) cum Chairman inaugurated the English Language Lab. Shri Rakesh Sethi DIG (adm) cum Manager of the school also accompanied  him. A two day training session was organized for the teachers on 13th July and 14th july 2018.
The resource person, Mr. Gurminder Singh from Wordsworth English Language Lab addressed the teachers and guided them about how to use the software. 
The teachers were introduced to CBT (Computer Based Training) and ILT (Instructor Led 
Training). They were  familiarised with the Phonetic wave graph to equip them with the tools to evaluate and enhance language of the students.
The teachers also got an insight into the modules of ASL and various practice exercises 
which would enable the learners develop advance phonetic and grammatical abilities.

A Solar Power Plant was also inaugurated by Shri M.S. Bhatia IPS, IG(adm) cum chairman. Such initiative will not only reduce electricity cost but also make students aware of saving our resources.
