Class Assembly 

Theme: Nourishing the World – A Call for Action !

On 29-1-26, the students of Class I Sunflowers presented their assembly on the theme “Nourishing the World – A Call for Action,” focussing on Sustainable Development Goals 2 and 3 — Zero Hunger and Good Health and Well-Being.

The assembly began with the morning prayer, followed by News Headlines by Moulik and  thought of the day by Vardhan Kundu  highlighting the importance of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Compering of the assembly was done by Nitya Singh, Devansh Rana, Pragya Yaduvanshi, Shriya Dhiman and Piyanshi Dhingra. Students recited a poem  on healthy habits which was followed by

a short skit highlighting the importance of healthy food and conveying the message to stop food wastage and  share resources with the needy. 

The students took a pledge to avoid wasting food, adopt healthy eating habits, and support initiatives that help fight hunger and  worldwide. 

Pre primary Incharge Ms Hema Batra applauded the presentation and motivated students for developing healthy and mindful eating habits.

The assembly concluded  by spreading awareness about global nutrition and inspired students to become responsible and compassionate citizens.
