Pi Approximation Day (22-07-2025)

This day is celebrated on July 22 every year, which represents the fraction 22/7 - a common approximation of the mathematical constant pi (π). Pi is an irrational number, meaning its decimal representation never ends or repeats.

- Pi has been calculated to over 31 trillion digits using modern computers.

- Ancient civilizations, such as the Egyptians and Babylonians, approximated pi for architectural and mathematical purposes.

-  This day is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of pi in mathematics and science.
