“A child is meant to learn, not to earn.”
The International Labour Organization (ILO) launched the World Day Against Child Labour in 2002 to focus attention on the global extent of child labour and the action and efforts needed to eliminate it. The reason June 12 is marked as World Day Against Child Labour is to bring attention to the problem of child labour and to find ways to eradicate it or fight against it. The day is used to spread awareness about the harmful mental and physical problems faced by children forced into child labour, around the world. In order to spread this awareness, students of class VII participated in preparing posters, presented their thoughts during class assembly and shared information on the same.
Thank you Team Class VII
