JEWELS OF INDIA ( Class assembly of III A)

On 25th October, students of Class 3A presented their class assembly on the theme: Jewels of India.Students came dressed up as different personalities who have made a difference to India in the fields of Politics, Dance and Music, Literature, Science, Religion, Industry, Cinema etc and contributed a lot to India's Culture and Spirit. Children dressed up as PM Narendra Modi, Arundhati Roy, A R Rahman, Raj Kapoor, APJ Abdul Kalam, Mary Kom, Aishwarya Rai, Pt Birju Maharaj, Ratan Tata, Swami Vivekananda and Mother Teresa shared their visions for bright future of India. Their wise words were coupled with a motivational poem ' Figure it Out' written by Edgar Albert Guest. The group song "Lakshya" enthralled the audience. The assembly was very well enjoyed and appreciated by students as well as teachers.
