A workshop regarding adolescent issues and substance abuse was conducted by CRPF Public School, Rohini for the parents of Class 9 on 3rd February, 2018.
The speaker Ms.Deepali Batra, Clinical Psychologist, Consultant, Max Speciality Care focussed on the adolescent issues. She discussed about the various aspects of a child's psychology and highlighted on the various inter-personal difficulties among the parents and their children. Later, she even stressed on the techniques for building effective communication skills among the parents and their children.
She even highlighted on the need to handle the adolescents in a manner that would help them overcome the pressures that come with the lifestyle changes of today.
At the end, she even answered the queries of the parents who actively participated in the session.
