School, Rohini celebrated Annual Day, “Rainbow- A Medley of Colours” on 12th
Dec, 2014. Shri R.C.Tayal, IPS, Director General, CRPF was the chief guest and
Smt. Savi Tayal, President CWWA (CRPF’s Wife’s Welfare Association) was the
guest of honour. There were many other CRPF personnels , educationists, dignitaries
and principals of various schools, P.T.A members and parents.
ANNUAL DAY 2014 - WELCOME OF THE GUESTS
The
programme began with the lighting of the lamp. The choir group presented “Suno
Ahawan” which was followed by the School Orchestra “East meets West”. The
school Band enthralled the audience with their bagpipe and drums. The Tiny Tots
presented “All things Bright and Beautiful” which conveyed the message of love,
peace and brotherhood. “Alibaba and Forty Thieves” was the main attraction of
the evening. The ballet opened a world of enchantment, mystery, horses, and
carves wit and magic mesmerizing the audience. “Shonar Bangla” depicted the
rich cultural tradition of Bengal and included Mahishasura Mardini, Baul Dance
and Dhi- tang.
ANNUAL DAY 2014 – CULTURAL EVENTS
The
Principal Sh. H.R. Sharma presented the school Annual Report highlighting the
achievements of the students in the field of academics as well as co-scholastic
areas. The chief guest Sh. R. C. Tayal appreciated the efforts and achievements
of the students as well as the staff for putting up such a great show. The
Guest of Honour, Smt. Savi Tayal released the school Annual Magazine
“SRIJUN”. The Vice Principal, Smt. Uma
Mudgal proposed the Vote of Thanks.
