World Book Day 23.04.24

“That's the thing about books. They let you travel without moving your feet.” ...

Various activities were carried out throughout the day in Pre-Primary classes on this year theme 'Read your way' to celebrate 'World Book Day'.

In Class KG and Class l, students made bookmarks and gave it a glimpse of grace with colours.

'Word of the Day' was also introduced through activities.

Class-ll students narrated self-written stories through stick puppets made by them. By instilling a love of reading at foundational stage, we aim to give our students a head starts on expanding their vocabulary and building independence and self-confidence. And also, to help children learn to make sense not only of the world around them but also people, building social-emotional skills and of course, imagination.
