Poetry and Rhymes enhance one's Self Expression. Keeping in
mind the benefits of poetry recitation in a child's holistic Development,
adequate focus is laid upon helping young learners enjoy and appreciate poetry.
In this regard, Poem *Recitation Competition was organized
for students of class-IV on the theme 'Save Natural Resources' which was
integrated with EVS.
Children recited beautiful poems highlighting the following
issues:
1) Save water
2) Save trees
3) Save nature
4) Save birds and animals
