EARTH DAY
GLIMPSES OF EARTH DAY CELEBRATION ON 22 APRIL 2022 BY THE
STUDENTS OF CRPF PUBLIC SCHOOL, ROHINI.
SPECIAL ASSEMBLY
A nation’s culture resides in the
hearts and in the soil of its people. India is truly a land of
diversities. We proudly presented this
through our special assembly which was a combination of Ambedkar Jayanti,
Mahavir Jayanti, Baisakhi, Good Friday and the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre. It
was indeed a day of festivities today which was celebrated in it's true spirit.
In Pre-Primary Department, our tiny tots dressed up in traditional punjabi
attire to celebrate "Baisakhi-Yellow Day". Children exhibited their talent and
creativity in various art and craft activities like colouring of ‘Dhol' and
finger printing of corn and wheat etc. to mark the occasion. The students of
Primary Department brought alive Dr. Ambedkar from the pages of history,
through his mesmerizing character portrayal. Thus, an effort was made to
enlighten the students about the contributions made by him as a social and
political reformer and his endeavours to eradicate social evil like
untouchability. Students of class 8 dressed up as Jain Saints and recited the
teachings of Lord Mahavira. Children of
class 7 also threw light on the significance of the Baisakhi festival in
Punjabi. The day was made memorable by an enthralling dance performance by the
students of classes 6-8. A Quiz Competition was organized for the students of
classes 6 to 8 and children participated enthusiastically. The day of
festivities was celebrated with great fervour and gaiety by the students to
make the day remarkable and pay tribute to Baba Saheb.

PARIKSHA PAR CHARCHA- 2022
Exams being an innate part of our
life, just a milestone, seems less fearsome when the PM himself addresses the
students before the exams.
Pariksha Pe Charcha is a unique
initiative led by Hon. Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi Ji that seeks to
reduce examination related stress of students across the country.
The live telecast of 'Pariksha Pe
Charcha- 2022' programme was screened for students of Classes IX- XII at 11.00
a.m. on 1/4/22 in their respective class rooms.
The students who were at home
also enjoyed the session by watching it live on their TV sets.
It was a one-hour interaction of
Prime Minister Narendra Modi with students, parents and teachers on various
exam related issues.
PM Modi interacted with school
students, teachers and parents who had gathered from across the states and
Union Territories at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi.
During his interaction, the
honourable PM answered array of questions-right from those on success and
failure, aspirations, to technology, stress, challenges, time management, as
well as choosing the right stream of studies according to one's interest. He
advised the students about keeping calm and acing the incoming exam season. He
also said that he may not be able to take all the questions but would create
different channels to address students’ queries. “Either via video, audio,
written fax or NaMo app, I will try to answer all queries so that no student
has to be with their doubt for a long time".
In the end, he motivated the
students to aim big in life, but not get carried away in the process of
realizing them. While addressing the parents, he urged them to take interest, encourage
and motivate their wards to perform better in their chosen fields so that they
can make their mark. Overall it was quite an enriching and inspiring
session for all.
