Our heritage is our culture, our past, a testimony of our evolution and our legacy to build a future.
World Heritage Day is observed on April 18 and students of pre-primary department celebrated the day by organising a special assembly.
From a virtual trip to the famous monuments of India to discussion on the ways to conserve the monuments, children were made aware about the rich heritage of our country.
As a part of a 'have fun as you learn' activity, children had to draw their favourite monument and colour it.
After a presentation, students engaged in a slogan writing activity.
Children had a great time learning about how they can help in keeping monuments clean and shared that they are excited to visit them.
The celebrations concluded with pledge taking ceremony by teachers as well as students.
