Students of class V wrote
postcards to Prime Minister regarding activities on campaign ‘Swachhata Hi Sewa’.
Children penned down the activities they participated in school which included
special assembly on ‘Cleanliness is Godliness’, making posters and writing
slogans and rally to propagate the message of Swachh Bharat mission in city.
They also wrote about their efforts in segregating waste in three separate
bins- recyclable, biodegradable and others. Learners took a pledge that they
would avoid using plastic and would start using fabric bags.
