“Tiger Tiger burning bright will not let you fade out of sight, that is my promise and for you we will fight. SAVE TIGERS.”

'International Tiger Day' was celebrated across the Pre-primary department on Friday, 29th July 2022.

Unfortunately due to our carelessness, tigers are now on the verge of extinction.  Activities carried out today were an attempt to get our children to take charge of the situation and disseminate the message further due to concerning factors such as Climate change, Poaching, Illegal Wildlife trade, and Habitat Loss.

To spread awareness about the need to conserve tigers, International Tiger Day is observed every year. International Tiger Day or World Tiger Day is celebrated annually on 29 July to make people aware of the severe threats faced by tigers around the globe.

India is home to nearly 70% of the world’s tiger population. The tiger also enjoys the reputation of being the largest member of the Cat Family, but as per the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) report, approximately 95 % of the Tiger population has declined in the last 150 years.
