FANCY DRESS COMPETITION - Primary Department

Dear All,

On 07.02.12 , a fancy dress competition was organized for class III students. Children participated in it with full enthusiasm, confidence and conviction. Ms. Anuradha (TGT Biology) and Ms. Jyotsna Kapoor (Pre-primary department) judged this event. The theme of this competition was “Save Environment, Save Earth”. Children came dressed up as mother earth, air pollution, plastic boy, river Yamuna, trees etc and through their performance they tried to generate awareness among the audience about various environmental problems. They made everyone rethink about the way we are playing with the environment and spoiling the delicate ecological balance through our actions. They also gave suggestions and valuable tips about ways to save the precious environment.

The competition proved to be a great success and all the participants were hugely appreciated for their efforts by everyone.

Best Wishes Day - Class V

Dear All

It was the time for Primary Department to bid good bye to class V students - the time to refresh their fun filled memories and share their most valued experiences. On 23rd Feb, the ceremony began with ‘Tilak’ of students of class V and giving them rosebuds. A small skit was presented by students to give a glimpse of their journey from KG to class V. A group song “Good Luck” was followed by sharing of experiences by class V students. Students conveyed their gratitude towards teachers through their speeches, poem and a group song. A musical ‘Jugal Bandi’ of instruments added colour to the programme. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of mementoes by Principal Sir to Class V students. He also shared his wisdom with students and advised them to continue with the same enthusiasm and become responsible.
